管道工程用厚壁大口径X80热挤压三通性能试验研究

摘    要:在油气输送管道工程中,为了满足输送介质分流和变向,需要大量的高强度、高韧性三通等管道结构件。使用热挤压成型方式,并优化各项热处理工艺参数,试制了X80热挤压三通,并对其力学性能和微观组织进行了试验和分析。试验结果表明,试制的三通拉伸性能达到X80级钢管性能,低温冲击韧性性能优良。

Abstract:Tee of high strength and toughness,was used to distribute and change the direction in the oil and gas transmission pipelines.It is noted that X80 hot extrusion tee was manufactured by optimized heat treatment parameter.The mechanical property and microstructure of X80 hot extrusion tee were studied.The results showed that the tensile properties of X80 hot extrusion tee can meet the property of X80 pipe.The impact toughness was also excellent under low temperature.
