| 摘 要： | 针对在煤泥浮选过程中，传统捕收剂耗量大、使用效果不理想的现状，进行了柴油乳化的研究，得到了一种新型的乳化捕收剂ZFC，并已在选煤厂中试用。结果表明：ZFC性能优良，选择性高，大大改善了浮选效果，且药剂的用量比传统的轻柴油节省约70％。

| Abstract: | According to the high consumption of the conventional collector and the applied results not expectedly during the slime floatation,the paper had a research on the diesel emulsion.A new emulsion collector ZFC was developed and was applied to the coal preparation plant.The results showed that the ZFC had a excellent performances and high selectivity.The floatation results had been highly improved.The ZFC consumption could be 70% less than the conventional light diesel. |
