| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济全球化及现代技术革命,制造业的生产模式正朝着多品种、小批量、柔性化的方向发展,企业生产是否具有柔性已成为其发展的关键。通过分析电路基座的生产过程,针对其生产工序之间未能有效集成、生产缺乏柔性的问题展开研究。利用柔性制造系统(FMS)的相关理论,重构了电路基座生产的柔性系统,即主要研究了系统的组成、布局,计划控制、单元控制及设备的构成等,并运用IDEF0技术对系统的调度控制进行了功能建模。

| Abstract: | The production model＇s development is moving in many varieties,small batch and flexibility in new period,so the flexibility is the key for company development.Aimed at the non-effective integration and low flexible production problems in electro circuit base （ECB） production process,put forth composing the ECB manufacturing system based on flexibility manufacturing system （FMS） theory.Research the system construction,layout,planning control,unit＇s control and equipment structure,etc.Construct the function model based on IDEF0. |
