DMF-炭黑色浆分散体系稳定性的研究

摘    要:探讨了DMF-炭黑色浆体系中分散剂、炭黑性能及比例、PAN的加入量、研磨时间、色浆使用温度等对炭黑分散稳定性的影响,结果表明:采用阴离子分散剂并控制炭黑的浓度及分散剂的比例能获得符合干法腈纶纺丝要求的色浆,色浆长时间研磨对降低炭黑的粒径分布不利,少量聚丙烯腈(PAN)的加入能提高炭黑的分散稳定性。

Abstract:The effects of proportion and performance of dispersant and carbon black ,the adding amount of PAN, rubbing times, using temperature etc. on the stability of DMF- black slurry are discussed. The experimental results shows that we can gain DMF- carbon tinctorial slurry which accord with request for dry-spinning acrylic filature by adopting dispersant of negative ion and to command chroma of black, proportion of dispersant. The experimental also shows that rubbing in too long times is disbennifit for distributing of carbon black's grain and the stability of DMFcarbon black slurry can be increased in bally scarce solution of PAN.
