| 摘 要： | 从介绍DT蒸脱机入手 ,阐述了管束蒸脱机的结构、原理及应用特点。这种蒸脱机出粕色泽浅、不结团、香味大 ,且能耗低 ,作为 5 0t/d - 6 0t/d的小型蒸脱机已经取得了成功 ;如何进一步把它开发成大型蒸脱机 ,生产专用粕 ,尚待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | This paper explicates the structure,theory and practical use of the bunched-pipe desolventizer-toaster by first introduce DT toaster.The meal producted by this desolventizer-toaster has shallow color,no mass,soupy scent and low energy consuming.It has been successful as small type bunched-pipe desolventizer-toaster with 50 t/d-60 t/d.How we improve it to large type desolventizer-toaster is necessary. |
