| 摘 要： | 应用现代数控技术,以X52K普通立式升降台铣床的床身、工作台及横向进给滑板等为基件,根据氧枪喷头的加工特性,研究开发了锻压组合式氧枪喷头加工的专用数控设备.实践表明,设计开发的氧枪喷头加工专用机床能较全面地加工出各种系列的氧枪喷头产品,且加工效率和产品质量都得到明显提高.

| Abstract: | Applying modem numerical control technology, using the basic parts of common knee- type miller X52K, such as bed, worktable and transverse feeding slide, according to the working characteristic of lance -tip, a special CNC milling machine combining forging function is developed. Practice indicates that various series of lance -tip products can be processed on this special machine, and the processing efficiency and product quality are improved obviously. |
