盾构机刀盘闭式液压系统的节能特性研究

摘    要:目前盾构机作为挖掘隧道、地下通道、地下铁路的主力设备,越来越广泛地应用在国内外城市建设中。然而这个地下巨无霸的能源消耗也是巨大的,所以研究盾构机的驱动系统节能成了设计工程师工作的重要内容。现以6.28米盾构机旋转刀盘闭式液压驱动系统为研究对象,利用AMESim10软件构建该盾构机刀盘闭式液压驱动系统的仿真模型,并通过AMESim和Simulink的联合仿真,计算与分析了系统的节能特性。目前多数盾构机制造企业使用的是开式液压系统,其能量利用效率约是50%~55%,而闭式液压系统的传动效率可以达到65%~70%。这一结果通过所做的仿真得到了验证。

Abstract:Shield Machine, as one of the main devices to dig tunnel, square underground and subway, was used in city planning more widely. But this huge device was consumed much energy, so it is important to research the saving energy system used on the shield machine, This paper presents the analysis of saving energy about the closed circuit hydraulic system used on the rotary cutter disc of 6.28 meters diameter shield machine. The study is based on the modeling and emulator software. Up to date, more companys use opened circuit hydraulic driving system in the rota-ry cutter disc of the shield machine, its efficiency is less than 55%, while the closed circuit hydraulic system will in-crease to 65%~70%. The result has been demonstrated through AMESim and Simulink co-simulation.
