圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆副轮齿强度分析

摘    要:介绍圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆副齿廓啮合原理,齿形车削加工方法,建立起GB9147—88圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆副蜗轮、蜗杆的有限元计算模型。分析蜗轮蜗杆啮合过程中2个特殊承载位置应力与位移的变化,用动力学理论计算出蜗杆传动固有频率、临界转速,为试制GB9147—88圆弧圆柱蜗杆减速器提供合理而可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The meshing principle of tooth profile of cylindrical worm pair with circle-arc tooth and the processing method about cutting tooth form are introduced. The finite element model for calculating the worm wheel and worm of cylindrical worm pair with circle-arc tooth of the production GB9147-88 are built. An analysis has been carried out upon the transformation of the stress and displacement at the two special carrying position during the meshing course of the worm wheel and the worm. The inherent frequency and the critical rotate speed of the worm driving are calculated by using dynamics theory. The calculation provides the credible theoretical basis for the attempting production of GB9147-88 retarder with circular-arc worm.
