摘    要:以型号为PH8EFP-05-TN的pH仪KC1填充型电极为研究对象,分析了影响pH在线分析仪测量不稳定的因素.针对各因素提出了pH在线分析仪在化工生产应用中的技术改进措施.改进后的复合型电极代替原来的填充型电极,很好地解决了介质温度的剧变对pH电极的影响.

Abstract:In this paper,the factors of unstablility which influence the online pH analysis meter are analyzed based on KCl filled electrods.And the technical improvements and relevant measures of pH online analysis meter in chemical instrumnets are presented according to every factors.The resluts idicate that the compound electrode substitued for filled electrode resolves more effectively the problem about influence of drastic temperature change to pH eletrods.
