| Abstract: | In this paper,the standardization schemes for the electric motor driven axial blower control system was designed,including standardization of the design process,filing arrangement,logic control and HMI.Control function blocks were programmed by the instruction text language（IEC61131）,and the source code can be compiled in different PLC.Thus,the readability and the security of programs were greatly improved.The proposal releases manpower from repetitive work and Improve the reliability of control system.The standardization design has been applied in an AV80-15 electric motor driven axial blower control system in early 2011 with a good result. |
