果汁废水生物处理技术研究进展

摘    要:随着我国果汁行业持续快速的发展,果汁废水作为新兴的行业废水所带来的环境污染问题日益突出。综述了果汁废水处理过程中各种生物处理技术的应用现状以及存在的问题,指出以厌氧技术为核心,厌氧-好氧联合处理工艺是一条经济、有效解决该行业废水处理难题的重要技术途径。

Abstract:With the sustainable and rapid development of juice industry,environment pollution caused by the wastewater from juice manufacture has become a more and more obvious problem.The current application situations of various biological technologies for the said kind of wastewater treatment and the existing problems were summarized.It was pointed out that,the anaerobic-aerobic combined process with anaerobic treatment as the core technology was an important,economical and effective technique to solve the problems existing in the treatment of wastewater from the said industry.
