便携式表面粗糙度测试仪设计

摘    要:针对现有零件表面粗糙度测量仪器专业性强、操作复杂、现场测量能力差的问题,基于单片机和光纤传感器设计了一套便携式的表面粗糙度测试仪;首先介绍了光纤位移传感器和测试仪的的工作原理,然后对便携式表面粗糙度测试系统的硬件电路和软件进行了分析设计;该系统为零件表面粗糙度的现场测量提供了新途径.

Abstract:To solve the problem of complicated operating, too professional and not good at spot measuring of existing surface roughness measurement, a portable surface roughometer based on fiber optic sensor and single chip computer is designed. First, the principle of the fiber optic sensor and surface roughtometer is introduced, and then the hardware circuit and software of the portable surface roughometer anpresented. This system provides a new way to measure surface roughness.
