ES短纤维生产中产生黑丝的原因分析

摘    要:ES复合短纤维生产过程中丝束经过卷曲机旋转侧面板处时产生黑丝。原因主要是上、下卷曲轮的端面不对齐,侧面板与卷曲轮端面产生间隙,间隙内的碎丝经摩擦高温作用而发黑。定期检查并调整上、下卷曲端面对齐,侧面板与卷曲轮端面贴合,可避免黑丝现象。

Abstract:The reason causing black fiber during tow passing by the rotary side plate of a crimping machine was analyzed for ES composite staple fiber. The end-faces of upper and lower crimping rollers not aligned resulted in clearance between side plate and end-face of crimping roller where broken fibers became black because of. The generation of black fiber can be avoided by regularly checking and aligning the end-faces of upper and lower crimping rollers and jointing the side plate and end-faces of crimping rollers.
