ES短纤维生产中产生黑丝的原因分析

ES复合短纤维生产过程中丝束经过卷曲机旋转侧面板处时产生黑丝。原因主要是上、下卷曲轮的端面不对齐,侧面板与卷曲轮端面产生间隙,间隙内的碎丝经摩擦高温作用而发黑。定期检查并调整上、下卷曲端面对齐,侧面板与卷曲轮端面贴合,可避免黑丝现象。

Analysis of reasons for black fiber during ES staple fiber production
