| 摘 要： | 介绍了美国饮用水源突发污染事件应急管理的法律依据和机构设置、美国国家环保局饮用水源突发污染事件应急预案编制导则及俄亥俄州饮用水源突发污染事件应急管理的具体应急预案，总结了美国饮用水源突发污染事件应急管理在法律体系、机构设置、信息技术应用、多部门参与、专业研究、资金保障6个方面的成功做法和经验，可为我国同类饮用水源应急管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the law basis and institute setting of the emergency management, the response protocol regulation for pollution emergency of water sources by United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the specified response protocol for contamination emergency of water source by Ohio State. The successful experiences to respond to the contamination emergency of water sources in USA are summarized from six aspects including the law basis, institute setting, modern information technology, different participants, professional research, and fund guarantee. It may give a reference for management of response to water pollution emergency in China. |
