| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新型单输入三输出 (SITO)通用电流模滤波器 ,该滤波器仅由四个 OMA(+ )(Operational mirrored amplifiers)和五个无源器件构成。电路不仅能实现低通、高通、带通、带阻及陷波等各种二阶滤波器功能 ,而且还能实现低通陷波和高通陷波的功能。不需要元件匹配 ,所有无源器件的灵敏度都非常低。文章还给出了相应的 PSPICE仿真的频响结果

| Abstract: | A new type of single input and three output current mode universal filters which use only four OMA+ (Operational mirrored amplifiers) and five passive elements is presented.Not only can the circuit be used to realize second order low pass,high psss,band pass,all pass and notch current mode filters simultaneously ,it can also presert the characteristics of the low pass notch and high pass notch filter . No component matching is required and the sensitivities are low all of the passive parts. The PSPICE simulation frequency responses of the second order filter are also given. |
