刚度分析理论在虚拟轴并联机床中的应用研究

摘    要:如何提高虚拟轴并联机床控制精度和加工精度一直是理论研究的迫切问题。本文在分析已有刚度计算方法的基础上应用机构刚度计算方法1,2]对虚拟轴加工机床的6杆并联机构动态加工过程进行了分析,利用螺旋矢量方法建立了机床6杆并联机构刚度数学模型;开发了应用软件并对6-3并联机床结构在几种不同参数变化条件下的刚度进行了数值模拟。本文的研究结果可为机床精确控制和实时标定提供算法,而且对优化机构设计、工作空间设计及载荷设计和布置提供理论依据。

Abstract:As a new generation of machine tools in manufacturing, parallel structured virtual axis machines have drawn much concern about their advantageous stiffness property and accuracy. This paper applies the results of previous work on a mechanism stiffness calculation method to 6-legged virtual axis machine tools for the analysis of their dynamic processing. Their stiffness mathematical models are established by using vectors, and their numerical simulations with different parameters are conducted. The conclusions can provide algorithm for the control and real-time calibration of machining accuracy and a very important theoretical basis for optimum configuration, workspace and loading design.
