| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本估算模具交货期的期量标准法、公式计算法、图表曲线法。对国内企业借鉴交货期估算，提出了动态信息反馈，网络图控制关键工序不脱期以及应用元素差异法、摩尔法则等对调度安排作出最佳选择，对模具企业具有参考操作性。

| Abstract: | Introduced the Japanese estimate mold delivery,the formula computation method,the graphic curve law succinctly.Profits from the date of delivery estimate to the Domestic enterprise,proposed the dynamic information feedback,the network chart control critical process does not miss a deadline as well as using the element merhod of difference,moore law and so on makes the best choice to the dispatch arrangement,has a certain reference to be operational for the mold enterprise. |
