牡蛎中化学成份的研究进展

摘    要:目的对牡蛎中的无机元素、有机化合物、含氯杀虫药及含砷化合物的研究进行综述。方法通过已发表的论文,选取其有关内容加以综述。结果构划出当今世界对牡蛎中的无机元素、有机化合物、含氯杀虫药及含砷化合物的研究方向与潮流。结论对牡蛎上述内容的研究,是环境监测的需要,是商品贸易及保证商品质量的需要,同时,也是保证食用者身体健康的需要。

Abstract:Objctive To summarize the progress for researched of inorganic elements, organochlorine pesticides, organic substances and arsenic compounds in oyster Meihod According to the publiched thesis to summarize the chemical substances, which mentioned above, in oyster. Results The researched chemical substances in oyster were summarized. Conclusion Oyster often accumulated with heavy metals, and therefore can be used for monitor change of pollutant concentration, oyster is used for drugs and foods, thus to analyse and researches the hazardous stubstanes have much commercial valus and protect human helth.
