摘    要:由于目前光缆线路故障排除中依据"全程计算法"计算出的故障位置与实际故障位置有较大误差,因而提出利用中继段内的光纤熔接点来缩短故障计算区间,精确定位光缆故障点.

Abstract:In the trouble-shooting of fiber optic cable links,there is relatively large error between the actual fault position and the position that is calculated out based on the "whole-length calculation method",consequently a new method,which utilizes the fused splice loss in the repeater section to shorten the fault calculation interval,is proposed to precisely locate the fault position of fiber optic cables.
