| 摘 要： | 基于通过互联网寻找合作伙伴可能产生众多潜在合作伙伴的假设,建立了虚拟组织合作伙伴选择的定性评价指标的云模型表示,有效表达了定性指标的随机性与模糊性;基于互联网收集潜在合作伙伴的评价,给出了基于云模型的虚拟组织合作伙伴选择方法,该方法考虑了第三方的评价,提高了选择结果的客观性和公正性。示例结果验证了该方法的合理性与可行性。
