高速纺涤纶有光三叶异形丝的可纺性探讨

摘    要:本文讨论了在三叶有光POY-DT生产过程中,喷丝板毛细孔尺寸与可纺性的关系。计算不同叶长,叶宽,孔数的喷丝板毛细孔的当量直径,单孔流量,剪切速率,喷头拉伸比,三叶异形孔压力降和异形度。验证了喷丝孔的结构参数是影响可纺性的关键因素。合理的异形喷丝孔结构,可纺性较好,工艺条件较好控制,理论异形度与纤维异形度较接近。因此,在设计过程中要综合考虑喷丝板结构各参数,此外,还讨论了结构不同的三种异形喷丝板的清洗方法和效果以及其使用寿命。

Abstract:In this paper.the relationship between capillary configuration ot spinneret and spinnability was studied under POY-DT production of lustrous "Y"- fiber.The diameter,flow,shear rate,draw ratio,pressure diffe rence and degree of profile in different configuration of capillary hole were calculated.It is verified that the key influence factor of spinnability is configuration of capillary hole.The more resonable the capillary confiyura non of spinneret.the better the spinnability.when designing spinneret,we should consider all parameters of capillary configuration.In addition we have also discussed the cleaning method for spinnerets and the life of spin nerets.
