GNJ型建筑结构胶粘剂的开发

摘    要:简要介绍了固化剂的选择、不同增韧剂的优劣及活性填料等材料对胶粘剂力学性能的影响。确定了以改性脂环族多胺与聚酰胺复配、加入奇士增韧剂和活性S iO2填料及其他助剂组成的GNJ型建筑结构胶粘剂配方,其钢-钢剪切强度达26.38 MPa,钢-钢拉伸强度达43.39 MPa。

Abstract:This paper concisely introduced the effects of the choice of curing agent,the flexibilizer quality and the active filler on the mechanical properties of the adhesive.The GNJ type building structural adhesive formulation was obtained by compounding of modified alicyclie polyamin and polyamide and adding of QSBE flexbilizer,active SiO2 and other assistants.The steel-steel shear strength can reach 26.38 MPa and the steel-steel tensile strength can reach 43.39 MPa.
