水泥灌浆浆液运动及压力技术分析

摘    要:水泥灌浆是裂隙性岩体防渗与加固工程的主要手段之一,特别是在水利水电工程地基处理中被广泛采用。灌浆过程的控制多体现在灌浆压力与流量的关系上。本文围绕水泥灌浆工程中水泥浆液在岩体裂隙中的运动方式,探讨了水泥浆液的运动规律及灌浆机理,分析了灌浆对地表抬动的作用及影响灌浆压力使用的控制因素,提出了水泥灌浆的双限控制压力技术,可供水泥灌浆设计和施工参考。

Abstract:Cement grout ing is one of the primary means of seepage control and strengthening fractured rock, being widely applied for foundat ion treatment in water and hydropower projects. The control of grouting process is reflected by the relationship between grouting pressure and flow rate. This paper discusses the cement grout movement pattern and grouting mechanism and analyzes the impact of grouting on ground-surface uplift and controlling factors in specifying the grouting pressure. A double-limits control pressure technique is put forward according to the cement slurry movement in the fractured rock. It is believed that this technique would be of instructive meanings for the cement grout ing design and construct ion.
