摘    要:介绍天然气一段换热转化催化剂的设计研究和工业应用情况。结果表明:在换热转化工艺设计条件下.新研制催化剂CN-23具有优异的催化反应活性和稳定性.其抗积炭性能优良.即使在2.0的低水碳比条件下使用也未发现积炭。在高空速条件下使用也能满足要求,且具有较长的使用寿命。

Abstract:In this article, the situation of the catalystfor natural gas primary gas heated teformet is reviewed inthe fields of its design & research and industrial application.Results show that under Sas heated reforming conditions the newly-developed catalyst CN-23 has excellentmerits in reaction activity and stability as well as in tesistance against carbon deposition. The carbon deposition willnot lake place even under low water/cabon ratio. Besides,the catalyst is capable of running at high space velocity andpossesses a rather long life-span.
