摘    要:参照U型管制造工艺,在室温和同一形变速率下,对SAF2205双相不锈钢钢管进行不同半径的弯曲。通过定量显微组织观察,发现弯制最小半径的U型管没有发生相变,同时找出了室温形变后使组织发生改变的最小弯曲半径:并对发生改变的组织进行1050℃同溶处理。结果表明:在受压一侧的组织恢复到原始供货状态.而在受拉一侧的组织比例没有恢复到形变以前的状态。

Abstract:According to the manufacturing technology of U-tube,the bending U-tube of duplex stainless steel SAF2205 with different radius was bent under the room temperature and the same deformation rate. The result of quantitative microstructure observation shows that there is no transformation in the minimum radius U-tube.
