高强度铸造用植物油沥青粘结剂

摘    要:用蒸馏厂的下脚料--各种植物油沥青为主要原料,用聚酯废弃物为改性剂,经酯化等工艺制备成高强度铸造用粘结剂.经性能测试表明,其可以代替桐油粘结剂,用于Ⅰ级型芯的粘结.由于这些原材料都是工业下脚料,来源丰富且合成工艺简单,因此成本低廉.

Abstract:Various of plant oil pitchs which were available from the waste of the distillation factory were used to prepare the high-intensity binders for casting. They were treated by polyester waste and processed by several technics such as esterifying. The test for properties showed the binders could substitute for tung oil binder to affix the class I mold and core. Besides, the treated binders are cheaper because of their rich source and simple technics.
