煤矸石质固土材料的制备

摘    要:利用大量排放的工矿业固体废弃物煤矸石,按一定比例掺加矿渣、水泥熟料、消石灰以及石膏,可制备出性能优良、成本低廉的煤矸石质固土材料.试验结果表明,煤矸石质固土材料的各组分含量对固化土的无侧限抗压强度都有较大影响,固化土的强度随着煤矸石与矿渣比的上升而下降;随着消石灰外掺量的增加而上升,并在消石灰掺量为20%时达到最大;石膏外掺量的增加也能有效提高固化土强度,测得其固化土7 d无侧限抗压强度为4.3 MPa,28 d和90 d分别可达5.3MPa和6.55 MPa.

Abstract:With the utilization of the coal refuse which was great amount dumped industrial and mine solid wastes,the coal refuse base consolidated soil material with excellent performances and a low cost could be prepared with a certain mixed rate of slag,cement clinker,slaked lime and gypsum.The test results showed that the each component content of the coal refuse base consolidated soil material would have high influence to the unconfined compressive strength of the consolidated soil and the strength of the consoli...
