| 摘 要： | 阐述了循环经济的有效实施措施——生产企业清洁生产的理念和指标,提出了武汉化工新城规划产业的清洁生产指标,分析了各类迁入企业清洁生产水平.研究分析表明必须要求进区的企业推进清洁生产,实行清洁生产审核,引导进区企业采用先进的清洁生产工艺和技术,使单位产品能耗、物耗及污染物排放量达到国内或国际先进水平,才能建设循环经济模式的生态工业园.

| Abstract: | This passage elaborates effective measures of circular economy on the concept and indices of cleaner production in production enterprises. It gives indices of cleaner production for planning of Wuhan chemical industry park after analyzing the level of cleaner production of various enterprises immigrating. The research shows that eco - industrial park of circular economic mode is able to be built as long as enterprises adopt advanced technology of cleaner production to achieve national or international advanced level of per unit energy consumption and pollutant emissions. |
