企业社会资本与企业绩效关系实证研究

企业社会资本有助于企业竞争优势的获得,进而促进企业绩效的增加。基于文献研究的基础上,文章首先界定了企业社会资本的三个维度:纵向关系、横向关系和信任关系,以及企业绩效的两个维度:市场财务绩效和人力绩效,并据此设计相关问卷进行收发。其次,利用SPSS 16.0软件对110份有效样本数据进行分析,实证检验企业社会资本与企业绩效的影响关系途径,结果表明:企业社会资本纵向关系仅对企业市场财务绩效有显著的正向促进作用,对提升企业人力绩效的促进作用却不显著;企业社会资本横向关系对企业市场财务绩效与人力绩效均存在显著的正向促进作用;企业社会资本信任关系对企业市场财务绩效与人力绩效均存在显著的正向促进作用。最后,结合研究结论,从三方面提出促进企业发展的政策建议。

An Empirical Research on the Relationship Between Enterprise Social Capital and Enterprise Performance

Enterprise social capital helps the enterprise to gain competitive advantages,and then to improve the enterprise performance.Based on literature research,this paper firstly defines the three dimensions of enterprise social capital（vertical linkage,horizontal linkage and trust relation）,and the two dimensions of enterprise performance（market financial performance and human performance）.The questionnaire is designed according to those literatures and recycled later.Secondly,SPSS 16.0 is used to analyze data from 110 valid samples,and empirically tests the effects of enterprise social capital on enterprise performance.The results show that the vertical linkage of enterprise social capital only has a significant positive effect on market financial performance,and an insignificant effect on human performance;the horizontal linkage of enterprise social capital has a significant positive effect on both market financial performance and human performance,the trust relation of enterprise social capital has a significant positive effect on both market financial performance and human performance.Finally,combining research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting enterprises′ development at three aspects.
