纳米材料改性酚醛树脂合成闸片摩擦性能研究

摘    要:采用纳米材料改性的酚醛树脂制备了无石棉汽车制动闸片 ,对改性树脂的热性能及合成制动闸片的摩擦性能进行了测试 ,结果表明 ,纳米材料改性酚醛树脂的热分解温度大幅度提高 ;合成闸片的高温摩擦系数稳定、抗热衰退性能好。制动闸片性能优良 ,适合高性能机动车闸片的使用要求

Abstract:Non-asbestos motor vehicle brake pad was made from nanomaterial-modified phenol resin.The thermal property of the modified resin and the frictional property of the composite brake pad were tested.The result shows that the temperature of thermal decomposition of the nanomaterial-modified phenol resin increased greatly.The high temperature friction coefficient of the composite brake pad is stable,and its heat failing-resistance pro- perty is good.The brake pad has high quality and meets the requirement of the high-performance motor vehicle brake pad.
