| 摘 要： | 合理焊缝布置是焊接结构设计的关键。设计焊接结构件时,一方面要考虑结构强度和工作条件等性能的要求,另一方面还要考虑到焊接工艺过程的特点。合理的焊缝布置与产品的质量、成本、生产率以及工人的劳动强度等都有密切的关系,简便可靠的焊接工艺是获得优质产品的保证。

| Abstract: | The fitting welding line position is the key to the design of jionting part.When designing jointing part,on one hand some requires of structure intensity and working conditions are considered,on the other hand,some characters of welding technics are also considered.There are affinity among the fitting welding line position,quality,cost,production,working intensity,and the simple and reliable welding technics insures the high quality of products. |
