摘    要:介绍一种基于C8051F020单片机及与稀土参杂氧化钛基感湿元件的相对湿度测量仪设计。详细论述了系统的硬件组成、各功能部分的电路设计和系统的软件设计。给出了电路原理图、单片机的程序设计流程。该仪表具有准确度高、读数值不受温度影响、成本低廉、易于推广等显著优点。

Abstract:Introduction Based on C8051F020 MCU and with the RE-doped TiO2 humidity sensor relative humidity measuring instrument design. Detail the system's hardware components, the functional part of the circuit design and system software design. Give the circuit schematic, microcontroller programming flow. The instrument has high accuracy and temperature readings from the value of the impact of low-cost, easy to promote, such as significant advantages.
