摘    要:锅炉受热面积灰污染导致锅炉运行的经济性和安全性下降。在华北某电厂1号机组锅炉上利用开发的基于锅炉运行热力参数的在线计算系统对受热面污染状况进行实时监测,进行了受热面变蒸汽压力吹灰试验。根据实验结果和实时监测结果优化了监测模型。分析表明,在线监测系统能有效反映各受热面的污染状况,不同蒸汽压力下吹灰对受热面污染特性有不同影响。

Abstract:Ash fouling on heating surfaces of boiler concerns boiler operational economy and safety.The sootblowing experiments with different steam pressures were carried out on the heating surfaces of the 600 MW boiler in North China.The fouling characteristic of heating surfaces is monitored in a real-time manner during the experiment using the on-line monitoring system based on the boilers thermal operational parameters.The monitoring system is optimized based on the experimental results and on-line monitoring records.Analysis shows that the on-line monitoring system can effectively reflect the fouling characteristic of the heating surfaces;the sootblowing exerts different influence on each heating surface with different vapor pressure.
