ISG混合动力汽车动力总成的匹配方法研究

摘    要:分析了ISG混合动力汽车动力总成参数对起动性能、加速性能、爬坡性能和最高车速性能的影响,给出了ISG混合动力汽车燃油经济性的设计要求,建立了蓄电池的匹配模型,着重阐述了蓄电池功率和能量的设计要求。将提出的ISG混合动力汽车的优化匹配设计方法应用于IVECO混合动力汽车的设计中,通过对比不同设计方案的结果,说明了本研究设计方法的可行性,根据优化结果给出了本设计相应的ISG-HEV系统参数。

Abstract:The performance evaluation model for the Intergrated Starter and Generator (ISG) -Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) was put forward, which reveals the relationships among starting performance, acceleration performance, climbing performance and max - speed performanee to the parameters of the power train system. The analysis about the fuel economy was also discussed and the matching model of the storage battery was presented, which lays emphasis upon the design requirements for the power and energy of the battery. Then a design pro- ject of nmtehing the parameters of power train system of ISG-HEV was presented and applied to design the ISG-HEV taking the IVECO ear as the prototype.
