采空侧综放工作面三角煤失稳机理及控制研究

摘    要:基于国阳一矿8907综放工作面端头顶板破断特征,建立了采空侧端头三角块结构力学模型,理论及数值模拟分析三角煤失稳机理.结果表明:三角煤区域受本工作面及相邻工作面采动共同影响,应力集中且处于弹塑性区交界处,发生塑性破坏,端头控顶范围增加.不同护巷煤柱尺寸影响采空侧端头围岩应力分布进而影响三角煤的稳定性,将护巷煤柱尺寸由12 m增加至20m能够有效地控制三角煤失稳.在已有的12 m护巷煤柱下,提出采用马丽散注浆加固三角煤及其围岩,据此在81101工作面进行工业性试验,取得了较好效果.

Abstract:A mechanical model has been constructed of the triangle block beside the goaf of the number 8907 fully mechanized caving face of the first Guoyang coal mine.The model is based upon the end roof breaking found there.It appears that the triangle region has been affected by mining subsidence of this,and the adjacent,working face.Stress is concentrated at the juncture of the elastic-plastic areas.The ability to affect end-roof control is enhanced by the analysis of the mechanical model.It is also seen that diff...
