摘    要:通过对发动机空气压缩机曲轴累积故障数据的分析,从宏观和微观两个层面对发动机空压机曲轴的失效规律、失效原因和失效机理进行研究。宏观层面,从统计学的角度对空压机曲轴外反馈可靠性信息进行统计分析,结合Weibull分析方法寻找其失效规律;微观层面,通过对具体失效样本的组织结构、材料属性、工艺特征、热处理工艺及其他可靠性信息的分析,找到其失效的更深层次的原因和失效机理。从而为曲轴失效的排除、结构的优化与改进提供科学依据。

Abstract:A failure data analysis method on the crankshaft of engine air-compressor was proposed from the macro-aspect and micro-aspect based on the analysis of accumulated failure data. By using this method, the fault law, reasons and mechanism can be obtained. In macro-aspect, the external feedback relability information of air-compressor was analyzed to find the failure law by using statistics and weibull analysis method. In micro-aspect, the fundamental fault reasons and the fault mechanism can be found through the analysis of the organiziation structure, material properties, process features, heat treatment process and other reliability information of the fault sample. It can provide scientific basis for the failure exclusion as well as the optimization and improvement of crankshaft structure.
