汽车铝合金轮毂抗疲劳设计研究

摘    要:以14×6JJ铝合金汽车轮毂为研究对象,在载荷谱分析的基础上,运用具有较高寿命估算精度和安全性的累积损伤理论—修正Miner法则,进行轮毂变幅载荷下的疲劳强度评价和寿命估算。运用可靠度理论,对预测得到的轮毂寿命进行可靠度计算。结果表明,修正Miner法则对于预测汽车轮毂的疲劳寿命具有较高的可靠性。

Abstract:Taking 14×6JJ alloy wheels for automotive research, in the load spectrum based on the analysis, using the estimation of high accuracy and safety of the cumulative damage theory-Miner rule amendments for the wheel load variation of fatigue strength evaluation and life estimation. With the use of reliability theory, the predicted lifetime reliability wheel was calculated. The results showed that the amended rules Miner vehicle wheel to predict the fatigue life with high reliability.
