内燃机振动信号前端调理模块设计

摘    要:振动传感器广泛应用于内燃机的监测与诊断之中,但振动传感器的正常工作需要恒流源提供稳定的电流支持,同时,由于振动传感器信号极其微弱、工作环境干扰大,所以振动信号在进入后端数据采集系统之前,需要进行放大、滤波等处理,以满足数据采集系统的要求。介绍了一种内燃机数据采集系统前端调理模块的设计方法,实现了振动传感器恒流源供电、信号滤波的功能,特别是程控放大功能,通过串口通讯,上位机控制调理模块的单片机以设置或读取信号的放大倍数,相比以往开关控制信号的放大更简洁、方便。

Abstract:Vibration sensor is widely adapted for monitoring and analyzing engine, however the normal opera-tion of vibration sensor requires current support from stable current source. Meanwhile, due to the extremely weak signal from vibration sensor and interference from op- erating environment, vibration signal needs to be amplified and filtered prior to entering the rear end of data acquisition system, so as to satisfy the requirement of data acquisition system. A design method of front end processing module for engine data acquisition system was introduced, which realizes functions of stable power supply to vibration sensor and signal filtration. In particular for the program-controlled amplification function, the upper computer controls the SCM of process-ing module via serial port communication, for setting or reading the magnification of signal, which is more con-cise and convenient compared to traditional amplification of digital signal.
