我国铀矿业“走出去”所面临的机遇与挑战

全世界核电大发展带来了巨大的铀需求,随着我国核电发展战略由适度发展转变为积极发展甚至是大力发展,我国铀资源供应急需扩大.当前,我国经济发展形势良好,具备走出去的主客观条件.以上这些因素,都为我国铀矿业走出去提供了很好的机遇；但同时由于国际上已探明大型铀矿已经被他国公司抢占先机,国内对利用国外铀资源配套政策还不到位,国内铀矿企业相关人才缺乏,以及因铀资源的特殊性导致的政治外交风险等,又给铀矿业走出去带来一系列挑战.
