| 摘 要： | 本文研究表明,我国能源供需之间存在较大的缺口,需要大量进口能源.我国不断加强了能源的国际合作,但仍然面临着较多的问题,如政治问题、各国能源战略差异等.在后金融危机时代,我国需要制定相应措施,真正解决我国的能源问题.如明确研究各国能源发展战略,保障能源国际合作的安全；解决政治互信问题,营造良好氛围,保障能源安全；积极发展低碳技术,解决能源消费增长过快问题,降低能源的国际依赖；不断加大能源合作新领域.
