Nd-Fe-B永磁材料的粉末注射成形技术

摘    要:介绍了目前采用的几种粉末注射成形用Nd-Fe-B磁粉的制备方法及特点;讨论了粘结剂、改性剂及磁场取向对注射成形Nd-Fe-B粘结剂磁体和烧结磁体最终磁性能的影响;指出了注射成形Nd-Fe-B磁体的现在以及潜在的应用市场。在此基础上,指出了今后开展研究工作的方向。

Abstract:This paper firstly introduced the manufacturing method and its feature of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder for injection molding. At the same time, the eventual magnet quality of Nd-Fe-B bonded magnet and sintering magnet affected by binder, modifying agent and magnetic alignment were discussed, and the application and potential market of Nd-Fe-B magnet made by injection molding was also introduced. On the basis of these, the researching direction in the future was pointed out.
