分时电价下电动汽车路径选择和充电导航策略

摘    要:电动汽车路径选择和充电导航优化有助于提高用户出行效率,缓解大规模无序充电对配电系统安全运行的影响。考虑路径选择、电池容量及充放电状态互斥约束,构建了在分时电价机制下用户出行时间最优和充电成本最优两种不同决策目标下的电动汽车路径选择和充电导航优化模型。以某市中心20 km×20 km区域内包含4座快速充电站的交通网络及其所属配电系统为例进行数值仿真,分析了不同决策目标对用户出行路径以及电动汽车充放电对配电系统的影响,验证了所提模型和方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:EV (electric vehicle) route selection and charging navigation optimization can improve EV user`s travel efficiency and alleviate the influence of large scale disorder charging on the safe operation of distribution system. Considering the constraints of path selection, battery capacity and mutually exclusive charge/discharge state, two optimization models for electric vehicle route selection and charging navigation with two different decision making objectives of optimal travel time and optimal charging cost of EV user are constructed respectively under time of use price mechanism. Numerical simulations are carried out to a transportation network containing 4 fast charging stations within a 20 km×20 km zone and its distribution system. The influence of various decision goals on user`s travel path and the influence of electric vehicles charging or discharging state on distribution system are analyzed, the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and solution.
