贵州卫视高清频道上星系统的设计与实现

摘    要:贵州广播电视台高清频道上星系统是基于AVS+编码技术的基础上,利用EMR平台的复用、切换和自定义输入输出等功能,实现卫视高清频道节目的冗余备份、多层切换和信号监测.该系统创新之一是编码平台的多级备份和双层切换保护,这在传输上是一个重大的突破,让传输系统更安全;创新之二是编码平台的自定义输入输出功能,让传输系统的功能更加多样化,性能更加强大.该系统不但能满足传统的基带传输,还能满足当代的多媒体IP业务需求,提高了贵州台节目上星的安全性和稳定性,确保了安全传输.

Abstract:HD Channel of Guizhou Radio and television star systems are in AVS coding technology based on using EMR platform multiplexing, switching and custom input and output and other functions, to achieve the TV programmes in the HD Channel redundancy backup, multilayer switching and signal monitoring. Coding platform based on multi-level backup and double protection switching is one of the innovation of the system and the transmission is a major breakthrough, make the transmission system safer; second innovation is coding platform custom input and output functions, so that more diverse functions of transmission system performance even stronger. Not only meet the traditional baseband transmission, but also meet the needs of modern multimedia IP business, improve the security and stability of the star on the program, to ensure the safety of transmission.
