锌掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂制备条件研究

摘    要:采用sol-gel法制备Zn2+掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂,以气态甲苯为模型污染物,考察了掺杂前驱体、掺杂浓度、焙烧温度及焙烧时间等制备条件对Zn2+-TiO2光催化性能的影响,并通过XRD对其结构进行了表征。结果表明:Zn2+掺杂显著提高了TiO2光催化活性;Zn2+-TiO2的最佳制备条件为硝酸锌为掺杂前驱体r,(Zn:Ti)为0.01,焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间3.5 h。

Abstract:Nano-Zn2+-TiO2 photocatalyst based on the doping modification was prepared by the sol-gel method.The effects of preparation conditions including the precursors for Zn2+,the doped amount of Zn2+,the calcination temperature and the calcination time were investigated using photodegradation experiments of gaseous toluene under UV irradiation.The crystal structure of Zn2+-TiO2 was measured by XRD.The results indicate that doping of Zn2+ greatly enhanced its photocatalytic activity;The optimized preparation conditions of the Zn2+-TiO2 are: Zn(NO3)2.6H2O as the precursors for Zn2+,r(Zn:Ti)=0.01,calcining at 500 ℃ for 3.5 h.
