浅谈离心式压缩机的功率计算

摘    要:以氨冰机为例,气体状态方程采用维里方程,通过熵平衡法确定压缩过程绝热指数k,进而用效率法计算各段多变压缩功Wpol.通过离心式压缩机功率的具体计算过程,分析计算数据与厂家订货数据中关键参数及功率误差,得出该计算方法在前期工程计算中可行的结论.

Abstract:Taking ammonia refrigerating machine as an example in equation of gas state, which adopts virial equation, the adiabatic index k of compression process was obtained through entropy balance method. Then the efficient method was used to calculate each segment compression work Wpol. This article gave a de- tailed calculation process about centrifugal compressor power, analyzed the data error between the data of cal- culation and the data provided by vendors, and drew a conclusion that the calculation methods described above were feasible in front end engineering.
