摘    要:在更换氨压缩机两端轴封装置机械密封组件后,机组运行中推力端轴振动值出现上升问题,通过分析迷宫密封的故障、轴承油挡的间隙和轴承顶间隙的偏差,得出转子振动值上升的主要原因是迷宫密封流道堵塞及轴承装配间隙偏大所致,通过采取相应的措施得以解决.

Abstract:After replacing the mechanical seal at the two ends of shaft seal units of ammonia compres- sor, the vibration value rise appeared on the shaft at the thrust end. Studying the failure of labyrinth seal, gap between bearing oil catches and deviation were found: runner blocking in labyrinth measures were taken to solve the problems. on bearing top gap, the main reaso seal and too large gap of bearing ns of rotator vibration value rise during assembly.
