高压黑水调节阀失效原因分析及改进措施

摘    要:针对Texaco煤气化高压黑水调节阀的结构特点和使用状况,分析认为气蚀和闪蒸破坏、冲刷腐蚀是其失效的根本原因,调节阀内件材料、阀开度以及阀内件结构是其失效的主要影响因素;通过提高阀内件材料的抗冲蚀性能、改进阀芯形面及连接方式、增大调节阀的开度、优化文丘里阀座结构以及改善工艺运行条件等方面的改进措施,大大延长了高压黑水调节阀的使用寿命.

Abstract:According to the structure of Texaco coal gasification high temperature black water regulating valve and its application, cavitation, flashing damage, and erosion corrosion were found to be the fundamental reasons of valve failures. In addition, the valve trim material, valve opening degree and trim structure were other main factors leading to failures. By improving erosion resistant'performance of valve trim materials, im- proving spool-shaped face and connections, increasing opening of the control valve, optimizing venturi seat structure and improving process operating conditions, the life of the valve was extended greatly.
