高炉炉缸内铁水流动特性的物理模拟

摘    要:采用原型尺寸且死料柱采用冶金焦堆积而成,针对某实验高炉炉缸铁水流动特性进行水模实验,研究了出铁流量、出铁口深度以及铁水液面高度对铁水流动的影响.研究结果表明,大流量出铁时加剧了铁水对炉缸的流动冲刷,加深出铁口可以减缓这种冲刷,对高炉长寿是有益的.

Physical modelling of hot metal flow in a BF hearth

Abstract:Taking the scale of 1 : 1 and real coke as the packing material of the dead-man, water modelling is carried out to gain information about the flow behavior in an experimental blast furnace hearth. The influences of tapping flow rate, taphole depth and liquid level on hot metal flow are studied. The results show that the washing erosion is accelerated when tapping flow rate gets higher. At the same time, it is beneficial to prolong the hearth life when the immersion depth of tap-hole is longer.
