| Abstract: | This paper describes briefly the importance and basic content of control of deformation due to seepage,with stress laid on vertical anti-seepage measures and their new advance.The vertical anti-seepage measures include such measures as concrete diaphragm,high pressure jet grouting,split grouting,backfill of dug wells with clay to form an impervious core,casting concrete ring layer by layer in the dug wells to form a diaphragm,use of geotechnical synthetics,digging troughs by water jet to build concrete diaphragm and curtain grouting in Karst zone. |
