Estimation of Design Method for Conical Shell Subjected to External Pressure |

| Abstract: | In this paper, by using finite element analysis, the critical pressure data for conical shell was presented. Compared with the design methods used in Japan, France, German and United States for conical shell subjected to external pressure, several problems for the method used in designing practice were given. The brief analysis was, then, carried out. |
